In order to resolve an issue please provide the following information when reporting a crash.<\/p>\n
1. \u00c2\u00a0What version of Mac OS X are you using?<\/p>\n
2. \u00c2\u00a0What version of AudioFinder are you using? \u00c2\u00a0Which mode 64 bit or 32 bit? \u00c2\u00a0Look in AudioFinder’s About Box to find out.<\/p>\n
3. \u00c2\u00a0What audio hardware were you playing back through? \u00c2\u00a0Built-in or which third party?<\/p>\n
4. \u00c2\u00a0Were you using an Audio Unit plug-in at the time? \u00c2\u00a0If so which one?<\/p>\n
5. \u00c2\u00a0What format file were you attempting to play? \u00c2\u00a0Does the same file crash again each time?<\/p>\n
6. \u00c2\u00a0Send the above information along with any crash logs to software@icedaudio.com<\/p>\n
